Custom Price Quote Request Form
Use this form when you need a quote for something other than a single prototyping lot of die; whether it's for a larger quantity of parts or a or a dedicated run (COT) of whole wafers.
This form give you the opportunity to tell us exactly what you want. Each request for a custom price quote is evaluated by a MOSIS staff member and might take a few days to process. Give us some time to reply, and we'll do our best to give you the best possible price.
