- 参会费含会务费、资料费、餐费等费用，往返交通及住宿费用自理;
The rate including the meeting fee, information costs, meals and tea breaks. Not including the traffic and accommodation expenses.

Please email us the copy of payment via zhangmeng@xidian.edu.cn or info@xmodtech.cn, we will provide you the invoice after we receive it.
- 您可以在会前一周替换参会人员，并请将该替换情况及时通知我们。如在会前一周内取消参会，公司将不退还参会费。
Any change of participant please inform us 1week before the opening or we will not return the fee.

A: 在7月31日之前完成转账的，现场获得发票
B: 在7月31日之后或者现场缴费的，在会议后获得发票
