Notice/注意事项

1. 报名表提交后7个工作日内付款

Pay in five working days following the registration form.

2. 参会费含会务费、资料费、餐费等费用，往返交通及住宿费用自理;

The rate including the meeting fee, information costs, meals and tea breaks. Not including the traffic and accommodation expenses.

3. 请您在付款后把汇款底单发送至 lvkai@hdu.edu.cn or info@xmod​tech.cn，款到后会给您邮寄正式发票;

Please email us the copy of payment via lvkai@hdu.edu.cn or info@xmodtech.cn, we will provide you the invoice after we receive it.

4. 您可以在会前一周替换参会人员，并请将该替换情况及时通知我们。如在会前一周取消参会，公司将不退还参会费。

Any change of participant please inform us 1week before the opening or we will not return the fee.
