The rate including the meeting fee, information costs, meals and tea breaks. Not including the traffic and accommodation expenses.

Please email us the copy of payment via zhangli95@tsinghua.edu.cn or info@xmodtech.cn, we will provide you the invoice after we receive it.
- 您可以在会前一周替换参会人员，并请将该替换情况及时通知我们。如在会前一周取消参会，公司将不退还参会费。
Any change of participant please inform us 1week before the opening or we will not return the fee.
