Bertrand Ardouin
Bertrand Ardouin Dr. Bertrand Ardouin – Managing Director/CTO
Dr. Ardouin, serves as Managing Director and CTO at XMOD Technologies. He developed the first HBT SiGe parameter extraction tool based on Agilent ICCAP software. He has been one of the co-founder of XMOD technologies. He was a member of the IEEE-BCTM CAD/Modeling subcommittee from 2006-2012. 
Dr. Ardouin hold MS & Ph.D. degree in EE from the University of Bordeaux, France in 1998 and 2001 respectively. His research activities were focused on SiGe HBTs advanced modeling and characterization.
Christian Raya
Christian Raya Christian Raya – R&D Project Manager
Dr. Raya serves as R&D project manager at XMOD Technologies. In that position, Dr. Raya handles the collaborative industrial and academic R&D projects in RF domain. His main interests are RF Device characterization, de-embedding technics, RF model development and Electro-magnetic simulation. Before Joining XMOD, Dr. Raya served as Researcher at ST microelectronics and IMS lab. 
Dr. Raya hold MS & Ph.D. degree in EE in 2004 and 2008 respectively from the University of Bordeaux.
Aydine Modjtahedi
Aydine Modjtahedi Aydine Modjtahedi – Industrial Project Manager-TMM
Mr. Modjtahedi serves as Industrial Project Manager at XMOD Technologies. In that position, Mr. Modjtahedi handles extreme temperature industrial projects. His main interests include extreme temperature characterization & modeling, intrinsic device reliability and EDA/design house/foundry Market research and analysis. Before joining XMOD, Mr. Modjtahedi was in charge of device qualification for SMART power processes at On Semiconductor and responsible of EE device purchasing and obsolescence committee at Schneider Electric. 
Mr. Modjtahedi received MS degree in EE from the University of Bordeaux, France in 1996 and and MBA in Industrial Purchasing (MAI) from Business School of Bordeaux, France in 2000.
Min Zhang
Min Zhang Min Zhang – Executive Director of XMOD Technologies (shanghai) & Asia Pacific Technical Marketing Manager
Dr. Zhang serves as Executive Director of XMOD Technologies (Shanghai) & Asia pacific TMM at XMOD technologies. In that position Dr. Zhang is responsible for XMOD business development, sales and Marketing in Asia Pacific zone. His main interest is business collaboration and cooperation with foundries, design house, EDA vendors and academics in the specified area. Before joining XMOD, Dr. Zhang was leading the device group at HLMC China, responsible for 0.13 um CMOS process fab transfers at Cypress Semiconductor-China, and worked on design and simulation at Fujitsu LSI technology- Kawasaki Japan. 
Dr. Zhang, hold MS degree in microelectronics from Dresden University of Technology, Germany & Ph.D. degree in EE from RWTH-Aachen, Germany in 2002 and 2006 respectively.
